Blueprints on paper vs. blueprints on screens — a few years back I was brought in to modernize a home builder's process and figured going digital was the obvious move. Three weeks in, I was back to paper. Turns out not every sub or crew has the tech, logging in and zooming around a screen is slower than just marking up a print and leaving it on-site for the next trade to see. Sometimes the "old way" is just more efficient. That said — don't let that turn into "technology is dumb, I'll never change." Explore new tools anyway.
