Podcast Partner Terms

Effective date: November 6, 2026

These Podcast Partner Terms apply when you submit a podcast to Contractor World Land ("CWL," "we," "us"). They cover how we list, feature and stream your show in the Contractor World Land app, on contractorworldland.com, on our social channels, and on future CWL streams. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply. If they conflict with these terms about your show, these terms win.

1. Who can submit

You can submit a show only if you own it or are authorized to act for the people who do. By submitting, you confirm that:

• You have the right to grant the permissions in these terms
• Your show's name, artwork, description and episodes don't infringe anyone else's rights
• You've gotten any permissions your show needs, including from guests and co-hosts, and for any music you use

2. What you're giving us permission to do

You give CWL a free, non-exclusive permission to:

1. List your show in the Contractor World Land app and website directory, and sort it by trade, topic, listener role and company stage.
2. Display your show's details, including its name, artwork, description, host names and episode titles, as they appear in your RSS feed.
3. Play your episodes in the app and on the website, streamed from your RSS feed or an approved player such as Spotify or Apple Podcasts.
4. Feature your show in our Weekly Watch List and on CWL's social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and email). This includes short clips of up to 60 seconds that promote your show.
5. Include your episodes on future CWL streams, such as Contractor World Land Radio. We'll tell you before your show goes on air.

Wherever we use your show, we'll credit it by name and link back to it when the platform allows.

"Non-exclusive" means you're free to list your show anywhere else you want.

3. What stays yours

• You own your show. You keep all rights to it, and nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to Contractor World Land
• Your hosting stays the same. Episodes keep playing from your own host, and plays count toward your download numbers.
• We won't change your episodes. We won't change your episodes. We won't edit, cut or re-host full episodes, or insert ads into the middle of them, without your written permission. Promotional clips (Section 2) are the only exception.
• We won't claim you endorse us. We won't claim you endorse us. We won't say your show endorses a sponsor or product, or call it an official CWL partner show, unless you agree to it.

4. Cost and payment

Listing your show is free. You don't pay Conctrator World Land anything, and Contractor World Land doesn't pay you for the permissions in these terms.

Advertising. CWL may sell advertising and sponsorships and keep the revenue. That includes:

• Ads that play before or after your episodes in the CWL app, on the website and on CWL streams
• Ads and sponsor messages between shows on CWL streams, such as Contractor World Land Radio
• Sponsored placements in the app and directory, such as the Weekly Watch List

CWL won't insert ads into the middle of your episodes, and we won't remove any ads already in your feed. Ads placed around your show are CWL's, not an endorsement by you, and we won't present them as one. If you don't want ads around your episodes, you can remove your show at any time (Section 6).

‍5. Which shows we list

Contractor World Land decides which shows go in the directory and where they appear. We may decline or remove a show that:

• Isn't relevant to people in construction and the trades
• Has stopped publishing, or whose feed no longer works
• Contains hate speech, harassment, illegal content, or misleading or deceptive material
• Infringes someone else's rights, or that we can't confirm the submitter is authorized to list

If we remove your show, we'll let you know at the email you submitted.

6. Removing your show

You can remove your show at any time, for any reason. Email connect@contractorworldland.com with your show name, and we'll take it out of the app, the directory and any future streams within 2 business days.

Posts and clips already published on social media may stay up, but we'll delete any you ask us to. Removing your show ends the permissions in Section 2 from that point forward.

7. Other terms

• Changes to these terms. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the effective date and email the address on file at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree with the change, you can remove your show.
• No guarantees. CWL doesn't promise any number of listeners, plays or features. The directory and app are provided as-is. The Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Governing Law (Nebraska) sections of our Terms of Service apply to your submission.
• If CWL is sold. If Contractor World Land, its app or its website is sold, merged or transferred, these terms and your permissions move to the new owner, and your right to remove your show stays the same.
• Your information. We use your name and email only to manage your listing and contact you about it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
