When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect certain information automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that referred you, and general location (city or state level). We collect this using cookies, pixels, and similar tools.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from platforms where our content lives (like YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook), usually in the form of aggregated analytics such as views, downloads, and audience demographics. We may also receive reports from affiliate partners showing that a purchase happened through one of our links. These reports typically don't identify you personally.

2. Podcast Guests

If you appear as a guest on our podcast, your name, voice, image, likeness, business name, and the things you say during the interview will be recorded and published publicly as part of the episode, along with related clips, transcripts, show notes, and promotional content. Once an episode is published and shared on third-party platforms, we can't fully control copies others may make. Please don't share personal or confidential information during an interview that you don't want made public.

Contact details you give us for scheduling (like your phone number or personal email) are kept private and are not published unless you ask us to include them.

3. How We Use Your Information

Please note that deleting your information won't remove podcast episodes you appeared in as a guest. Requests about published episodes are covered by your guest agreement.

Our Services are made for adults running or working in trades businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
