Welcome to Contractor World Land. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to contractorworldland.com and all Contractor World Land content, including our podcast, videos, articles, newsletters, and social media channels (together, the "Services"). Contractor World Land is operated by ContractorWorldLand ("Contractor World Land," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Who We Are

Contractor World Land is a media company for contractors and skilled trades business owners. We publish podcast episodes, videos, articles, and resources about starting, running, and growing a trades business. Our content is available on our website and on platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Apple Podcasts.

2. Educational Purposes Only

Everything we publish is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, insurance, safety, or professional business advice.

Individuals and business owners should evaluate their own business strategies and identify any potential risks. The information shared is not a guarantee of success, and your results may vary. 5. Podcast Guests and Guest Views

Our podcast features contractors, business owners, and other guests. Opinions, advice, and claims shared by guests are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Contractor World Land. We don't independently verify every statement a guest makes, including claims about revenue, growth, results, or business practices.

Guests who appear on the podcast agree to the following:

• Recording: Guests consent to being recorded in audio and video during the interview.
• Use of recordings: Guests grant Contractor World Land a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to record, edit, publish, distribute, and promote the recording and any clips, transcripts, images, or excerpts from it, in any format and on any platform, now known or developed later.
• Name and likeness: Guests allow us to use their name, voice, image, likeness, business name, logo, and biographical information in connection with the episode and in promoting Contractor World Land.
• Editing: We may edit recordings for length, clarity, or quality, and we may decide not to publish an episode for any reason.
• Guest responsibility: Guests are responsible for what they say. Guests agree not to share confidential information they don't have the right to share, or make false or defamatory statements about others.
• No compensation: Unless we agree otherwise in writing, guests are not paid for their appearance.

Guests may also be asked to sign a separate guest release. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

6. Our Content and Intellectual Property

If you post comments, send messages, submit questions, or pitch yourself as a guest, you give us permission to use, display, and share that submission in connection with the Services. Please don't submit anything you don't want made public.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, spam, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove any comment or submission at our discretion.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you agree not to:
