If you run a roofing, siding, gutter, or fencing company, JobNimbus is built for how your jobs actually move. It’s a CRM and project management tool in one, and it carries a lead from the first door knock to the final payment.

Its main feature is boards: visual pipelines you set up to match your own process, so you can see where every job stands at a glance.

Estimates, eSign, invoices, customer financing, payments, and accounting sync are all included, along with a built-in proposal tool that lets homeowners sign on the spot. You can also order roof measurements from inside the app and send material orders straight to your supplier, so there’s no double entry and fewer trips up a ladder.

The case for switching comes down to time and cash flow. JobNimbus says its users save 8 hours per person per week, see a 43% average increase in revenue, and collect 25% more payments.

One roofing company credits the platform with taking them from $1M to $15M. More than 8,000 contractors use it, and the mobile app is rated 4.8 stars.

JobNimbus’s own Peak Performance report found that 79% of roofers now run their business in a CRM, so if you’re still working from spreadsheets and texts, you’re behind.

There’s a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and no long-term contract is required either.

Pros

  1. Built for exterior contractors. It handles roofing, restoration, siding, and gutter workflows, including measurements, supplier ordering, and customer financing, all inside the job file.
  2. Highly customizable. You can set up boards and job statuses to match your own process instead of a generic one, and reviewers point to this as a top reason they chose it.
  3. Everything is in one place. Estimates, documents, invoices, payments, and reports are unlimited on every plan, and text, calls, and email all work from inside the app.

Cons

  1. Pricing isn’t public and can add up. JobNimbus doesn’t list prices on its site; you have to request a quote based on your plan, team size, and add-ons. Lower plans are capped on boards, automations, and integrations: the Essentials plan gets 3 boards, 10 automations, and 2 integrations. Two-way texting is a separate add-on, and measurement reports cost extra. Some reviewers left because it felt expensive for what they got.
  2. The mobile app and reporting have gaps. Users have mentioned limits in the mobile app, saying some tasks still require logging into the website, and they’ve called out reporting as a weak spot. It’s also designed for project-based work rather than recurring service calls.
